IBM970 (IBM-eucKR) is used on AIX ko_KR locale.
Following entry is missing
0xA2C1 <-> U+25C9
About following entries, I checked IBM949,MS949 (Korean Windows) and EUC-KR about following entries:
6950 -> a1aa 2014
84f1 -> a1a9 2010
cf7f -> a1ad 301c
"6950" and "cf7f" are not defined in Cp949.
"84f1<->afae" is defined in Cp949, but "afae" is not in Cp970 code range
