Allow win-console property in Secondary Launchers.

The new --win-console option, which creates a launcher that is a console application instead of a window application is not currently allowed in a secondary launcher properties file.

This seems like a perfect example where you would want a secondary launcher. One version of the app that runs normally as a window app, and a second launcher that is the same app except as a console app.
