Use {@systemProperty} for org.openjdk.java.util.stream.tripwire system property

Need to wrap org.openjdk.java.util.stream.tripwire system property with new {@SystemProperty <name>} tag.
This property is defined in two classes.
java.util.Spliterator
java.util.PrimitiveIterator
we want to wrap only one defining instance of the system property.
Both these classes have similar definitions.
Either one among them needs to be picked or a better definition needs to added.
