[lworld] Convert benchmarks into JEP230 style micros

At some point we would like to monitor performance over time as the project moves from prototype to release quality.

Part of that work requires conversion of current benchmarks (like those in test/benchmarks) to be moved into JEP230 style (found in test/micro).
