[aix] jdk/java/lang/reflect/exeCallerAccessTest cannot launch on primordial thread

    Description

      On AIX, we have this old tiresome issue of not being able to invoke the JVM on the primordial thread for a number of reasons.

      What we usually do (e.g. see gtestLauncher, or the standard java launcher), and what we should do here too, is to divert invocation to a new pthread.
