Record which Java methods are called by native codes in JGSS and JAAS

Some Java methods are called by native libraries and there is no easy way to find out this usage. (On the other hand, many modern IDEs can list where a method is called by other Java code). We should add comments on such methods.

This enhancement covers JAAS and JGSS of security libraries.
