Verify usage of CHECK_PREVIOUS_OP and how it affects performance

      In case of OpenGL we do glEnd only when there is change in opcode.
      We keep on adding draw calls to displayList until we see change in opcode.

      This might be the reason we are seeing difference in numbers of J2DBench between Metal and OpenGL.
