JavaFX cause Keystroke Receiving prompt on MacOS 10.15 (Catalina)

        MacOS 10.15 Catalina Beta 9 (19A573a)

        A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
        When I start my application on MacOS 10.15 Catalina Beta 9 (19A573a), the following error message appears:

            Keystroke Receiving
            "yourapplication" would like to receive keystrokes from any application.
            Grant access to this application in Security & Privacy preferences, located in System Preferences.

        I also tried other versions like JavaFX13 but I saw the same prompt.

        STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
        Just start any JavaFX application on MacOS 10.15 Catalina Beta 9 (19A573a)

        EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
        EXPECTED -
        An prompt shows up which wants the user to allow the application to receive keystrokes from any application.
