pkg installer dialog contains background image which does not look correct

This issue is reproducible on macOS 10.14 and 10.15 with light theme. It does not reproduces with dark theme. See attached images. I think we should not have background image in pkg which looks like background image from our dmg. See JDK-8230654 for our dmg background image.
