The frame is properly laid out after the MenuBar is removed but control button displayed abnormal.

Case Instruction:
On the control frame, click the button 'Remove the MenuBar and re-layout'. Now the MenuBar will be removed and the frame will be re-laid out. If the MenuBar is not removed or if the Frame is not properly laid out, assertion failed.

Actual behavior:
1)The frame is properly laid out after the MenuBar is removed.
2)But control button displayed abnormal refer to PopupMenuTest.png.
3)We tried to maximize the frame, the control button displayed normal.

Validation:
8b104(32bit) on ubuntu12.04-x86: the control button displayed normal
