Fix Amazon copyright in various test files

Currently the following five tests:

test/jdk/jdk/nio/zipfs/ReleaseDeflater.java
test/jdk/java/text/Format/DateFormat/java.base/java/text/CalendarBuilderTest.java
test/jdk/java/text/Format/DateFormat/Bug8235699.java
test/jdk/java/lang/RuntimeTests/loadLibrary/LoadLibraryTest.java
test/micro/org/openjdk/bench/java/util/zip/Streams.java

have Amazon copyright notices which are all slightly different and do not conform to Amazons preferred copyright notice which is simply (intentionally without copyright year):
