add mention of INFLATING() to share/oops/markWord.hpp header comment

    Description

      David H. noticed that the header comment in
      src/hotspot/share/oops/markWord.hpp that discusses
      the markWord encoding does not mention the
      special INFLATING value.

      Here's a proposal:
