Absolute library paths are not properly quoted

Jextract allows libraries to be absolute paths to library files, but the current SourceConstant helper does not properly quote these paths, resulting in sources being un-compilable on Windows, where the path separate, i.e. backslash '\' also also used to create escape characters in the Java language.
