The jdk.jfr.Recording.getStream does not work when toDisk is disabled

      The {{jdk.jfr.Recording.getStream}} does not work when {{toDisk}} is disabled.
      If it's an expected behaviour it should be at least documented in the {{jdk.jfr.Recording.getStream}} javadoc.
