[lworld] JIT should make use of array layout encoding in markWord

      JDK-8247299 introduces encoding of flat and null free array's into the markWord. JIT compiler no longer need to decode the klass layout helper for this information.

      Klass layout helper encoding can remain, these type bits are only available on 64 bits
