Unify the parsing of @lambda-proxy and @lambda-form-invokers tags in a classlist

Currently, the parsing of the @lambda-proxy and the @lambda-form-invokers tags are being handle at two different places in ClassListParser. Both tags could be handled in the parse_at_tags() function.
