In the "Java Security Standard Algorithm Names” documentation, The DRBG algorithm name is described as:

     An algorithm supplied by the SUN provider using DRBG mechanisms as defined in NIST SP 800-90Ar1.

The SUN provider should not be used in the standard name. Maybe, we could remove the SUN provider:
     An algorithm using DRBG mechanisms as defined in NIST SP 800-90Ar1.
