ZGC: Fix incorrectly reported Garbage/Reclaimed bytes

The accounted number of reclaimed bytes can sometimes be a bit off, since we currently don't take into account objects that were relocated by Java threads. This means the Garbage/Reclaimed numbers reported in the ZGC log could be skewed, and it can look like we reclaimed more memory that we actually did.
