      Description

      Test files in the JDK should have a GPL license header without the Classpath exception.

      The files under `test/jdk/performance/client/RenderPerfTest/` are a mix of BSD files (the Makefile and the ant build.xml file) and GPLv2+Classpath. The license header should be updated.
