      Description

      <Follow-up enhancement from JDK-8238812 >

      At least following types of improvements can be done as in initial fix proposal of 8238812.
      1. Extracting existing non-CmpU changes from fold_compares_helper
      2. Support fold_compares to handle CmpU nodes
