CheckSegmentedCodeCache test fails in an emulated-client VM

        Description

        If the VM is an emulated-client, providing the flag -XX:+TieredCompilation does not print a warning or an error and the test case does no longer detect that it is executed in a client VM. Hence some of its assertions are wrong and the test fails with:

        java.lang.RuntimeException: No code cache segmentation.
