    Description

      Extend existing C2 compiler backed to support vector masking operations for AVX512.
        - Register allocation support for opmask registers [K1-K7] (already integrated into mainline JDK-8262355).
        - New instruction selection patterns for masked operations.
        - Relevant support in macro-assembler and assembler.
