    Description

      Test case java/io/pathNames/GeneralWin32.java can be removed since it's applicable only to Win 32 and JDK11 and above doesn't support Win 32 platform.

      There is a comment in the test case:
       /* This test is only valid on win32 systems */

      Also it's already in problem list.
