I don't believe this reports accurate information, which nobody's noticed since nobody looks at the output of this anymore.
If we want to compare klass vtable/itable sizes when JDK-8221828 is implemented, we can add some adhoc code for that separately.
PrintVtableStats is the last use of array_klasses_do() which can be also removed.
