New javadoc option to add script files to generated documentation

    Description

      JDK-8185371 added the `--add-stylesheet` option to javadoc to add CSS files to the generated documentation, but no comparable option exists for JavaScript files. Having a `--add-script` option would be very useful for a number of scenarios.
