      The jfx project README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md include the following link to the Oracle Contributor Agreement:

      https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/community/oca-486395.html

      That is now broken link, and should be replaced by:

      https://oca.opensource.oracle.com/
