Update client jtreg tests which use finalize()

https://openjdk.java.net/jeps/421 proposes to deprecate - for removal - the finalization mechanism in JDK.

This means that at some point we need to update tests which either mention, use, rely on, or explicitly verify finalization.

A number of client jtreg tests are affected.
