      Description

        The specification of ObjectInputStream methods resulting in invocation of "ObjectInputFilter.Config.getSerialFilterFactory()" are not mentioning about any exception thrown by the apply() method.

        Currently the spec of constructor says - "The constructor initializes the deserialization filter to the filter returned by invoking the ObjectInputFilter.Config.getSerialFilterFactory() with null for the current filter and the static JVM-wide filter for the requested filter."

        The spec would be amended with context, "where invocation throws some exception" in all applicable places.
