[macos] custom JCheckBox and JRadioBox with custom icon set: focus is still displayed after unchecking

Is it a platform-specific issue: Yes. This issue only happens on macOS.

Steps to reproduce: With and Without VOICE OVER
 In Radio Buttons tab -> Display Options
 Uncheck 'Paint Focus'
 Press Tab to Image Radio Buttons.
 Observe focus
uncheck 'Paint Focus'.png
check 'Paint Focus'.png
Actual behavior:
Unchecking 'Paint Focus', focus is still displayed.

Expected behavior:
Unchecking 'Paint Focus', focus is not displayed.
