JFR: Explain why path is sometimes missing from FileRead and FileWrite events

    Description

      Sometimes jdk.FileRead and jdk.FileWrite lacks a path which confuses users.

      We should explain this happens when a stream is created from a FileDescriptor, for example when using System.out
