JAWS does not read the value of spinner if value is changed using mouse

JAWS read the value of the Spinner if value is changed using Up/Down keyboard but it fails with Mouse changing the value. This could be due to Focus moving on the Spinner button.

Step to reproduce
-----------------------
1) Enable JAB <jdk-path>/bin/jabswitch -enable
2) Start JAWS
3) Run the attached test. Click on the Frame which contains Spinner
4) Press Up/Down arrow to change the value of the Spinner. Observe that JAWS read the value of the Spinner correctly.
5) Now using Mouse click on the Spinner's buttons to increase and decrease the value of the Spinner. If JAWS does not read the value of Spinner then the bug is reproduced.
