[BACKOUT] JDK-8287384 Speed up jdk.test.lib.util.ForceGC

    Description

      The test, java/lang/invoke/defineHiddenClass/UnloadingTest.java, timeout in the the fastdebug build. It looks like a regression of JDK-8287384. The cause is known to me now. It may be better to rollback JDK-8287384, rather than problem list the test.
