Specify the size of MEMFLAGS

    Description

      MEMFLAGS is assumed to be at most the size of uint8_t by MallocHeader. This is not specified by the MEMFLAGS declaration. Let's specify that, then we get compiler errors if MEMFLAGS gets larger than that.
