Deprecate for removal the package java.beans.beancontext

    Description

      As discussed in this email thread https://mail.openjdk.org/pipermail/client-libs-dev/2023-September/015174.html
      the functionality contained within beancontext package is obsoleted by other patterns.
      We should consider some form of deprecation of this package after validating that is not used in any important or irreplaceable way.
      Note this is NOT in anyway suggesting a deprecation of java.beans as a whole. Just this package.
