Recording shows multiple entries for the same event setting

When inspecting the recording event settings I found quite confusing having several entries for the same event and setting in the table.

When inspecting that particular recording while being active via `jcmd PID JFR.check verbose=true` each event type has exactly one entry for each of its settings.

This might have something to do with the metadata events since when the recording is dumped very early on it will contain only one copy of event/setting combination.
