Parser needs to skip events with no metadata

    Description

      Once JDK-8242593 is implemented, we can have events in recordings for which there is no corresponding metadata. In that case we should simply skip the event. Note that we should likely also ensure that we keep metrics around so that we can know how many event types we lacked metrics for, and possibly how many events we missed.
