JFRSCore: Score mismatch and reduction in JMC 8.0.0

Executed JFR Score using following versions of core libraries and compared the scoring

1. JMC 7.x Core  Libraries Version : 7.1.2 b14
2. JMC 8.x Core Libraries Version : 8.0.0 b06
