git sync unable to determine fork relationship over ssh

    Description

      The Skara git sync command was recently improved to make it more robust in https://git.openjdk.java.net/skara/pull/1226 by having Skara verify the fork relationship. When using git sync over ssh, it is not able to do that in all situations, so git sync fails with the message:

      error: cannot get parent repo from Git Forge provider for <URL>

      A possible fix might be to fallback to a check that the hostname and repo names are identical between the "origin" and "upstream" remotes before failing.
