Test Panels should dynamically update as necessary while tests are running.

If I select the test panel "Test Run Messages" and go from "passed", "failed", or "error" to "not run" or "filtered out" there are messages that indicate that this test hasn't been run yet. However in the panels "configuration" and "test run details" it's just blank other then the heading. There should be messages indicating that this test hasn't been run?
