com.sun.javatest.regtest.Main does not handle -status and -exclude parameters

com.sun.javatest.regtest.Main does not handle -status and -exclude parameters.
Although this parameter is accepted by com.sun.javatest.regtest.Main's command line parsing algorithm,
the priorStatusTestsArg variable is never used and NO_PRIOR_STATUS is set in the setParameters().
This makes the batch mode useless and any kind of further automation is very hard.
Also -status parameter is not accepted by the jtreg script used to run the test base.
