[GUI JTUG] Outdated notions: All Values and Standard Values

There are so many references to outdated notions:
- All Values, (new is Question Mode)
- Standard Values. (new is Quick Set Mode)

I suppose They should be removed from the User's Guide.
We have old notions and new notions for the same idea in the User's
Guide. Sometimes the link is Standard Values but the chapter's name is
Quick Set Mode. It is confusing and should be corrected.
