Need an option of hard failure on HTMLTestFinder errors

      Currently, if an HTML file cannot be parsed correctly, JavaTest prints an error
      but continues execution. This creates a problem when because of malformed HTML
      some tests become "invisible" to JavaTest and do not participate in test
      execution, even though they are considered in by coverage measuring tools.
