JavaTest Report generator should allow one or more "known failure list"s to be specified. If specified, a simple status comparison status should be done and the results included in the report directory.

It would be nice if the format for the KFL was similar to either summary.txt or to an exclude list, to facilitate cut-n-paste generation of the list.
