Do the following in order to reproduce the problem:

Bring up JavaTest (build beta b02)
Bring up test manager under Tool menu - two quick start wizard will be displayed
Click on Cancel button for one of them - the dialog disappears
Click on Cancel button for the second one - the above exception occurs
