wrong template opened by Template Editor sometimes

1. create WD1 and configuration(1.jti) based on some non-built-in template(1.jtm)
2. try to create a work dir((menu->Configure)) with the same name WD1 based on another tempalte, i.e. all.jtm:
  the Alert is launched: 'The directory you specified already exists; do you wish to open it instead?'
   press 'Yes'
then situation is following the WD1 is open with 1.jti and 1.jtm
3. try Edit Template(menu->Configure) ... all.jtm is open in template editor instead my non-built-in template(1.jtm)
4. close Template Editor, run it again, right template is loaded - 1.jtm
Submitter notes that the status bar might be correct, but the rest is broken (removed from synopsis).
