I have few notices here.

1. There are 2 options -ClosedFile/-NonClosedFile. It would be great to see which option is the default one.
2. Better structuring the sequence of options would make the picture clearer. E.g. I suppose it would be better if the -AllPublic option not splitted -ClosedFile/-NonClosedFile. The -Verbose and -Debug should stand together, not having -ApiVersion between them.
3. In addition to item 2, the help message would be clearer if options were devided between obligatory/optional categories. And the default options should be marked.
