JDTS 2.1_b10 + Javatest 4.1.2_b06.

Report Converter: open a dialog, fill in all desired values on the first page of the wizard, press "next", don't check any of the available "output format" checkboxes, press "Next" - error message is shown, it's OK, but when user dismisses the error - the Wizard returns onto the first page with all user input cleared.

Desired behavior - Wizard returns onto the 2nd page with all user input from the 1st page kept in action.
