'Filtered Out' tab not refreshed(stay grayed) after View Filter changing even if some tests filtered.
Steps:
1. Specify any condition(exclude list, keyword or testsToRun) to filter any tests
2. Select root of testTree (Test Suite Root)
3. Change View Filter to any except AllTests
'Filtered Out' tab stay grayed. You should click to any subtree and only after this action 'Filtered Out' tab become available
