issues with JTI template loading by Quick Start Wizard:
   - if you are going to load JTI template you should select "all files" in file chooser
   - however in this case configuration from JTI will not applied after "Start Configuration Editor" from Quick Start Wizard. you should go to
Configure->Edit template

Workaround: use "Configure->Load configuration & Edit configuration" to load JTI template
