If a TCK starts in GUI mode the "Documentation" tab is displayed between "Test Description" and "Files" ones.
That can confuse licensee and provoke unnecessary questions. A lot of tests don't have "Documentation" info.
It will be better to allow to switch off this tab as optional. For example, this tab should be hidden if documentation is missed for test.
